Nanritam
Kishalay has partnered with Nanritam NGO in their EFA (Education For All) project. Nanritam is also helping Kishalay in better pedagogical methods and faculty training.We thank our partner organisation Nanritam for all their support in our education pedagogy and by organising training programs for the development of our faculty members.
Kolkata Gives & Mukti
During the 2nd wave of Covid pandemic we worked with Kolkata Gives and Mukti jointly on a Breathe Consortium project by supplying Oxygen Concentrators to the remote areas of Sundarban. We also worked on Livelihood project under “Food for Work” program in setting up organic kitchen garden to different women groups in Sundarban.
Aakar Innovations
It’s a privilege for Kishalay Foundation to associate and partner with Aakar Innovations and join their hands for a noble cause by launching their product “Anandi” in Sunderban to address better menstrual hygiene for woman and adolescent girls in this region since January 2021. Aakar Innovations provides commercially viable solutions for production of affordable and environmentally friendly sanitary pads under the brand name “Anandi”. The 100% compostable Anandi pad is produced with locally sourced indigenous raw materials. It is aimed at solving rural and urban disposal issues, while ensuring environmental sustainability as well. This partnership enables us to organize workshops and spread awareness of menstrual hygiene among the rural woman.
Young Indians
We have worked closely with Young Indians in the Plantation initiative in the year 2021 at Sunderban. We have distributed 3800 fruit saplings in the year 2021 at Sundarban with their support. Young Indians is a movement for Indian Youth to converge, lead, co-create and influence India’s future. As an integral part of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), a non-government, not-for-profit, industry led and industry managed organisation, Yi plays a proactive role in India’s development process. We are also working closely with their “Rural Initiative” Team to develop model villages at Sundarban in the areas of education,skill development, menstrual hygiene, healthcare, climate change etc
Parivaar
Parivaar supported us in our nutrition initiative for kids and also took free admission of a few impoverished kids to its Kolkata residential campus from Sundarban area through our recommendation.

They are our Online Media Partner. Earlier they supported us by providing school bags in our education initiatives.
