Community Support

Plantation Program

We have partnered with various organisations over the years to implement the plantation program in Sundarban area and distributed fruit saplings on multiple occasions over the last few years.

We are happy to share that Young Indians (Yi), selected Kishalay Foundation as its partner NGO organisation to distribute 3800 fruit saplings in Sundarban in 2021. Young Indians is a movement for Indian Youth to converge, lead, co-create and influence India’s future. As an integral part of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), a non-government, not-for-profit, industry led and industry managed organisation, Yi plays a proactive role in India’s development process. As a result, our fruit trees plantation program was better than the previous years and our commitment to food security will grow with this partnership.
